Lombok Ocean Scenic 7319

On a quiet bay on Lombok Island in Indonesia the boats on the water reminded me of many Van Gogh painting I loved. To create a similar effect photographically I smeared a think, clear oil on a filter to distort the light coming through the lens. Effect achieved.
